孙波,男,汉族,1955年3月上海出生,1983年上海第二医科大学儿科系毕 业,获医学士学位,1983年-1987年上海医科大学儿科医院儿科病理研究生; 1987 年-1993年 瑞典皇家医学院儿科系实验围产病理研究室访问学者并获得医学科 学博 士(Ph.D.)学位。1991年美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校围产医学研究中心、 1994-1995年瑞典皇家医学院儿科系博士后研究工作。1994年回国,1995年被上海医科大学聘为儿科学教授。现任复旦大学医学院呼吸病研究所副所长,儿科医院小儿呼吸病研究室主任,博士研究生导师。任中华儿科学会上海分会委员,参加美国肺病学会、欧洲儿科研究学会为会员。在国际儿科、呼吸、危重医学和生理杂志发表论文和综述30篇,在中国国内学术杂志发表论文、综述、评论20篇,并参于编写和出版 4本医学专著的有关章节。主要研究方向为肺表面活性物质、吸入一氧化氮、机械 通气等新技术预防和治疗急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征的基础和临床应用。 承担中华医学基金会、教育部“跨世纪优秀人才基金”,上海市卫生局“优秀学科带头人(百人计划)基金”、“医学领先专业重点学科建设基金”等资助的小儿呼吸疾病科研项目。近五年已经培养了7名博士硕士研究生和3名进修医师毕业,研究论文在“美国呼吸与危重医学杂志”、“危重监护医学”、“新生儿生物学”等杂志发表。现研究室有博士后2人、博士硕士研究生5人。与瑞典、德国、英国、美国等 研究室长期合作交流,研究内容涉及肺泡上皮细胞的损伤和抗损伤机制,表面活性物质蛋白基因表达和调控,肺泡炎症细胞、上皮细胞和间质细胞间的讯号传递和效应。临床研究开展表面活性物质多中心随机对照药理试验,及吸入一氧化氮治疗肺动脉高压。主办全国性继续医学教育培训班,重点介绍呼吸治疗新理论和新技术。
Mr. SUN, Bo, born on March 9, 1955 in Shanghai, Chinese citizenship. In 1983, he graduated with BM degree from the Faculty of Medicine and Pediatrics, Shanghai Second Medical University. !983-1987, he pursued resident and research training in pediatric pathology at Department of Pediatrics, Children Hospital of Shanghai Medical University. In 1987-1993, he received research fellowships by Swedish Heart-Lung Foundation and Karolinska Institute, and studied surfact, respiratory physiology and lung pathology at the Laboratory for Experimental Perinatal Pathology, Karolinska Institute S:t Goran抯 Children抯 Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden, and received a degree of Doctor of Medical Science (PhD). In 1991 and 1994-1995,he worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at UCLA Perinatal Research Center, Torrance, CA, and Department of Child and Woman Health at Karolinska Hospital, Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden, respectively. In 1994, he returned to Shanghai, and in 1995, became a professor of pediatrics appointed by the Faculty of Medicine, Shanghai Medical University. Currently, he is an Associate-Director of the Institute of Respiratory Medicine, Fudan University Medical School (formerly Shanghai Medical University), and Director of Laboratory of Pediatric Respiratory Medicine. He is a member of the Committee of Shanghai Pediatric Society, and a member of American Thoracic Society and European Society for Pediatric Research. He has published 30 research papers and review articles in international journals of pediatrics, pulmonology, intensive care medicine and respiratory physiology, and about 20 original papers, review articles and commentary in domestic medical journals. He is author of book charpters of 4 medical monographs in Chinese. His major research fields involve pulmonary surfactant, inhaled nitric oxide, mechanical ventilation, acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome, cellular and molecular phyiology and pathology of the lungs. He is principal investigator of research grants provided by the Chinese Medical Board of New York, Ministry of Education and Shanghai Municipal Government Bureau of Health, for basic and clinical investigation in, and institutional development as a key center for, pediatric respiratory diseases. In the past 5 years, he has supervised 7 research students and 3 visiting physicians for completion of their thesis works which are in part published in international journals such as American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, Biology of Neonate, and Acta Pharmacologica Sinica. His international links with laboratories and pediatric clinics in Sweden, Germany, UK and USA have led to multicenter clinical trial using surfactant for neonatal respiratory diseases, clinical application of inhaled nitric oxide for persistent pulmonary hypertension, and joint study in mechanism and prevention of epithelial cell injury in premature and mature lungs.
